The City of Harpersville Fire Department is dedicated to the service of the citizens of Harpersville, Alabama.  Located 25 miles east of Birmingham, in suburban Shelby County, the department faces a multitude of emergency responses each week passing.  Through a multi-facetted approach our staff deals with these events, with a variety of services including, conventional firefighting responses, in-house emergency medical transport, and pre-hospital advanced life support, community fire prevention outreach programs, just to name a few.  The department is continually seeking means to increase services, giving the tax payer the highest possible yield on their tax dollars.
